Représentable offers convenience by means of a subscription service in which you use tableware just as long as you desire; until you wish to (partly) return or exchange it. This is a positively acknowledged working model for the horeca- and event sector in the case you don’t want to limit yourself by using a fixed tableware stock. The subscription allows the possibility to fit the tableware towards the dishes you wish to serve, for instance when changing the menu or season. You will change your current stock for new items that align the new menu or season.
The subscription service is perfect for companies that have seasonal peaks or start-ups that need to determine how many items exactly are required. If you select items that are available in our dedicated rental range you will have the opportunity to return or exchange at any desired moment. If items are newly ordered on request, a minimum description period of 3 months applies.
Our experience is that within Horeca, tableware is not utilized to it’s full durability. Good quality plates disappear in storage due to the urge to change or renew. This not only has a negative impact on costs, but also does not contribute to the no-waste economy. With our subscription service, overstock does not longer exist and there are no limits in presenting new dishes.

How much is a subscription?
The subscription fee is 1/10 of the store value. Example; The instore selling price of new plate is € 10,- excluding VAT, the monthly subscription fee is € 1,- excluding VAT per month.
What are the consequences of breakage or damage?
Damage other than regular usage marks (chipping, breakage, missing) will be calculated and invoiced for the store value minus the already invoiced subscription fee, up to a 15% of the store selling price.
Is there a possibility to purchase the tableware after the start of the subscription agreement?
You can still decide to purchase the rented tableware until 3 months after the start of the agreement. The already invoiced subscription fee will be deducted from the purchase price.
How often does Représentable change it’s offering?
The rental range of Représentable is very large and new items are added on a weekly basis. Are you looking for a specific product that is not offered in our assortment? Représentable will do it’s utmost to find this item or to offer a matching alternative so we can add this to the subscription agreement.
Is the total sales assortment of Représentable available for the subscription service?
Not all products are suited for intensive professional use and these products are not offered in our subscription service. As an example, this applies to products made of wood or marble and items with gold colored rims/details.
